1. Shipping and Return Policies

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We take pride in all of the products that we carefully select and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. A full refund will be issued for all returns made within 30 days of purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility, however, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. Please keep all original packaging materials. E-mail us at info (at) mywaterbottle (dot) com and a customer service representative will assist you with the return process.

All orders are shipped USPS first class mail.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

Ecousable, Inc. products displayed at the Site are available through our Site while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available for immediate purchase and/or shipment. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Ecousable, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ecousable, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ecousable, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.
